Continued growth in key markets such as Mexico (+15%), Colombia (+26%), and Uruguay (+30%), together with South America becoming Volkswagen’s fastest-growing region worldwide in terms of sales volume, confirms that we are moving in the right direction. Our strategy combines an attractive product portfolio, an increasingly efficient operation, and a clear focus on sustainable, profitable, long-term growth,” said Hendrik Muth, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Volkswagen for the SAM Region (South America).

Volkswagen do Brasil continues to play an increasingly important role in the brand’s international strategy, with logistics serving as one of the key pillars supporting this position. Reaching 60,000 exported vehicles in 2026 demonstrates our ability to serve 25 markets across Latin America and Africa, each with different requirements, while maintaining efficiency, speed, reliability, and a high level of service throughout the supply chain. In an increasingly dynamic and competitive environment, connecting our factories with international markets through reliable, agile, and efficient logistics is essential to supporting business growth. This achievement is the result of close collaboration between Volkswagen do Brasil teams, our logistics partners, and importers. We continue to improve our logistics processes to further strengthen the company’s position as an export hub,” said Anderson Ramos, Logistics Director at Volkswagen SAM Region (South America).
